“Though I cannot fault the quality of the product we ordered, it unfortunately arrived late for our daughters 1st birthday which was disappointing. Customer service was friendly and apologetic but we ordered 2 weeks in advance and only discovered there were delivery issues 3 days before our daughters birthday. It arrived mid day on her birthday but would have much preferred her to have seen it first thing on her birthday when she had her cards and gifts. She may not remember but we will. Sad to have to write this as we usually love ordering from KIDLY.”

“Used Kidly quite often and always been really pleased...Disappointment this time as the packaging for the toy was grubby and damaged.The toy itself was lovely but as this was a gift I felt I had to take it out of original packaging and re-wrap using tissue.”

“The blackboard is very nice, NOT to big and easy to move around. It will store away flat, so can be put under a seat of a piece of furniture. Unfortunately the box of coloured chalks were not in the same box, so I can't comment on them.”

“I just wish they'd test products before they sell them. I've bought plenty of things that just haven't been fit for purpose. Selling jelly shoes that they say (in their response to bad reviews) should only be worn for half an hour is just not good enough.”

“3 stars as I heard so many good reviews and lots of the instagramers I follow recommend your brand. The website is very friendly user and has so much options to choose from. Delivery was fast but unfortunately the item I've ordered was no good for my son.”
