Good product, good service but horrible packaging. Paid for a gift box that arrived looking used and some item for baby loose in a package which is not really hygienic and a greeting card dropped in a bag so no in perfect condition and dirty. Really disappointed. Not the quality they let us expect online. UPDATE: I must say their customer service is 5 stars and very efficient. That can replace being good at first but definitely appreciated the support I got.

Ordered an item, contacted a week later that the item was out of stock even though they charged me and it went through on the website. I only ordered 3 things to make it worth my while for that item so was disappointed especially as these are expensive clothes. Never had any such issues with other brands. They gave me a free muslin to compensate. Money was returned for item I was unable to purchase speedily. Unfortunately after washing the garment only 3 times as per label instructions already fraying edges. It's really not as high quality as expected.

I found it very difficult to order for delivery to U.K. address, payment by U.K. bank but away abroad whilst trying to place the order. I nearly gave up all together. Kay in customer services finally able to help but involved several e mails. One should be able to order for UK delivery especially as payment made in Sterling with UK bank.

Prompt despatch but the card didn’t include our message. The recipient was really embarrassed having to ask if I’d sent the gift. However, customer service was extremely responsive and genuinely sorry the error had occurred.

The quality of the sheets is great and they look exactly as they appear on the site. However, I specifically looked for sheets that were 120x150cm for a duvet I already purchased and although this is whats advertised on the website, the packaging states the sheets are 120x140cm.

Gift recipient always very happy with the products. However, I continue to experience problems with shipments going astray and gifts being packaged without gift cards

Products were nice. However the card I had on my order was not written and left blank. Which meant the receiver was unaware who the gift was from for quite some time, which was disappointing.

The items seem well made and were shipped in a timely manner. One of the items was supposed to be a teal striped sleepsuit, but was obviously a light grey....no hint of either blue or green, and I work with colors all the time. There response was that, that was there teal color, and they told me I could return it.....back to the UK, but only supplied me an invoice for Customs. Now I know why this sleepsuit was on sale....

The customer service was nice but was slow to respond and return shipping was not free, even though the products were expensive. I would also like to do self service for returns. I was also unable to do an exchange, so I had to do a return and a separate transaction.

I love the subscription service, it’s so fun that baby gets a new sleepsuit every month and the patterns/designs are always beautiful. It’s a bit pricey, I wouldn’t mind so much if they washed a little better. I find that after even the first wash, the material bobbles a little, colour fades and the sleepsuit is no longer as soft as it was to begin with. Best to wash on a low spin to preserve the material

Products were great but delivery took ages - it was over a week before they were even dispatched. Ordinarily I wouldn’t mind but when you spend £100+ you expect at least some communication. I probably would shop here again but not for something time sensitive.

I’d heard good things about Mori so I decided to purchase a few items for my baby boy. They came in good time and the quality is good....I’ve washed them twice and they have bobbled up. It’s like they have been in the wash 40 times. A little disappointing

The delivery took way too long but I understand that the circumstances were beyond your control. I think clearer communication and an explanation that the products were held up in Europe would have lessened the stress. I had hoped it would get here for my grandson’s birthday and it sounded possible. I also did not know the company was in Europe so that was on me. I might have canceled the order given the uncertainty of delivery dates.

Ordered towel and got names added and I was really really disappointed, it's very small and you can hardly notice it! These were gift and I felt I had to apologize for how rubbish they looked before giving them. I advice you to not get a towel with a name on total waste of money no wonder they don't show example of it ! It shouldn't be offered!

I just ordered and as my order was more than £35 delivery was free. This was great but when I then applied the code EXTRA10 as my order was now less than £35 it wouldn’t let me complete payment unless I chose another paid option for delivery. Why bother offering a code if you are then going to force customers to pay for delivery instead so really they are not saving anything ! This caused me unnecessary waste of time as I kept going back thinking I had made a mistake! From what I recall other places I have ordered from do not do this, delivery would still be based on the price before the code was applied! As a first time customer I would say I feel disappointed by the ordering procedure.

Items arrived very promptly. I had a problem with one item and it has been replaced after sending videos but the replacement has already had a little blip but did start working properly again. 🤞
