“In addition to all the items that were delivered I ordered bowls to match the plates, there was a mistake in the website and they were out of stock, but I found out when they weren’t delivered, Customer service was responsive and very nice abs refunded my money. But now I have plates abs cups abs no bowls to match and can’t find them anywhere, so not happy with the overall experience.”

“Products I ordered are great. Customer service was okay, could have been improved. My parcel ordered on 12th December, didn’t arrive until 29th. Asked about order on 24th as it was a Christmas present. Was told it was lost and there was no apology.”

“I paid for delivery on a Saturday. On Saturday I received a message saying the delivery would be on Tuesday. It actually arrived on the Sunday but that was still a day late for the birthday party.”

“The order process was easy and delivery fast and on time. The only downside was that the item purchased was despatched in its original box with a label attached, with no outer wrapping, and the box was damaged in transit so was not in fit condition to be wrapped as a gift.”

Hello, I am so sorry your return hasn't been processed yet. Please rest assured that we do usually process returns that we receive within 48 hour, because we know it can be frustrating waiting for funds to be returned. Unfortunately, actually returned parcels back from the carrier can take between 3-7 working days depending on the service you used to return your item/s. Fear not though, if you pop onto live chat our team are there to help, every waking hour of every day. If you show them proof that your return was delivered back to us (all returns use a tracked service, free to our customers) we will look into it with the warehouse team and refund you for the item/s you returned while we do.
