Good build quality, unfortunately the xylophone is out of tune, which makes it challenging to use as an introduction to how a musical scale sounds like. Otherwise got delivered on time and thenitem was not broken. Had to create an account to be able to order, which seems a bit like an unnecessary overhead.

I wasn’t impressed with the kite at all, it was very small and didn’t actually fly, my granddaughter enjoyed running with it still though

I had read so many wonderful reviews but the actual fit of the sandals are not great. They are so loose and does not support around the feet.

Very quick at responding queries but next day delivery service poor. Parcel arrived 48hrs later - just in time for hols!

Hello Fiona, Thank you for leaving a review. I am so sorry your parcel arrived late. We use DPD for our Premium service and, although they deliver well over 99% of parcels on time, that does leave a tiny % that don't make it. Unfortunately, that was you on this occasion and I know this explanation doesn't help with your disappointment concerning this order, but please do rest assured that this really is the exception not the rule with DPD and that they are a fantastic delivery partner who really care about their levels of service.

Hello there, Thank you for leaving a review. Just to put your mind at ease with regards to the packaging of our own label socks... It is necessary to protect the socks in packaging so that they arrive with you in perfect condition but please do rest assured that the bags are made of a TDPA (Totally Degradable Plastic Additive) recyclable PP (Polypropylene). TDPA is an oxo-biodegradable technology that makes plastics biodegrade without any harmful toxins released in the process. It also allows the bag to biodegrade in a few months rather than 30 years. That said, the bag itself IS recyclable; the TDPA merely protects the environment for when bags are ‘littered’ and/or ‘escape uncollected’. I hope this gives you some peace of mind. We are always looking to reduce packaging and waste throughout our supply chain and when we do use it, to use the most environmentally friendly option available ot us from the factories and partners we work with on each specific product. Overall a good experience in terms of customer service, shipping and price. Some items like Vilac bow arrow and targets kit are low quality and they should not be included in your products selection I think.

Hello Thank you for leaving a review. I have looked into your order. I can see you placed a Standard delivery order (3-5 working days) at 10.45am on Thursday, it was dispatched at 4.39pm on the same day via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and arrived with you at 11.19am on Monday, which is the 2nd working day, thereby ahead of schedule. I am concerned that you felt this was a long time, so just to let you know that if you do require a faster service we do offer Premium and Saturday delivery services whereby if you place your order by 6.30pm Sunday to Friday, it will be delivered the next day. Service and support with questions great. But packing terrible - why are you selling products with such full on plastic packaging which are presented as from an eco / socially conscious company?! - small whiteboard.

We love this bag but I have only had it a couple of weeks and the handle to the top of the bag is coming away. It hasn’t had anything heavy inside it so no reason for it to be coming away.

Not sure if the gel has changed. It's more like thick gelly now and it's quite bland, not very much taste to it. A 1.5 year ago I bought one for my baby and I could feel a numbing effect from it, however, this one doesn't seem to have any. Sorry.

Initially, I was sent someone else's order, which I called Kidly about & I then had to return the incorrect order myself via the post office, which was an inconvenience. So not the ideal start. But the shoes I ordered were an absolutely beautiful product, so well made, comfortable and looks great.

Very quick despatch but this time the wellies I ordered were sent in the wrong sizes. I double checked my order to see if the mistake was mine but it wasn’t. Unfortunately, they were out of stock in the smaller size. I managed to make them work with an extra insole and thick socks because my son loved them so much. Kidly customer service offered a refund if I returned them but I just would have wanted the correct size. I am still very disappointed that this mistake was madez
