“What a great company to deal with. Bought a mount that was delivered the next day as stated. Went on line and had a chat conversation with Rachel in order to select the correct bracket. Ordered and delivered the next day. Whilst Brodit items are not cheap they are very well made and as my wife says, buy cheap, buy twice. Would reccomend the company. Great service”

Thank you for your review. Whilst we aim to deliver all special order items within the provided lead time, on this occasion we appreciate this has taken a little longer than expected. I'm a little unsure as to why you have been informed leadtime is a further 3-4 weeks as your order was dispatched via Royal Mail on 20th December, an e-mail has been sent to you containing the parcel details. My apologies for the delay and for any inconvience this may have caused.

“My mount arrived only a few days ago, so I can't attest to the longevity of the product. However, I can say that it works perfectly well, is easy to mount and adjust, mounts very securely, and feels solidly built and durable. The product is quite expensive compared to its competition, but in my opinion is worth the price for the noticeable increase in build quality over its cheaper competitors. I also have to say my experience with the company's customer service was very positive, being helpful and fast to respond, and upgrading my shipping for free as there were supply issues and I was going to be out of town when the product was due to arrive.”
