“Great service and product from Babel/Brodit as always. I had a small issue this time unusually having used them several times in the past but a quick email was all that was required and my issue was swiftly resolved.”

“It is basically a waste of money - the bracket itself is useless without a compatible phone holder. I tried to find a combination for a popular Kia car model - no luck. When I found a holder I liked and provided my car model, it offered me the wrong model of the bracket, which I only discovered on delivery. And then the punchline - apparently, you can't return it for a replacement because of barely visible signs of screws once applied to the bracket (which they never warned about beforehand, of course). I ended up just using a universal vent mount that came - for free - with the holder. Don't bother wasting £20 on a piece of useless plastic, it's worthless.”

“I had tried a few phone holders before I chanced upon the Brodit. All proved unsatisfactory in one way or another. The Brodit was immediately a perfect fit, strong and secure. It just works for my Volvo XC40.”

“Absolutely rock solid car phone mount - forget about buying cheap ones from Amazon.”

“The bracket itself is good but the adhesive is rubbish! The bracket came away from the vent within a day! I’ve had to use stronger double sided tape.”

“The website is a bit clunky, but it works, the team are responsive and helpful and the products are exactly as described, and perfectly functional. Babol deserve to do very well with their product line.”

“Product is excellent, way better than other phone holders that I’ve tried before. It arrived promptly, well packaged. Best of all, when I struggled to fit the item (a mistake I was making) I received a very fast response from your help desk. I would definitely recommend the phone holder and bracket.”

“It's a great product, fits my car perfectly and holds my phone securely. As it fits my cars air vents I no longer have and unsightly phone holder stuck on my car window. I'm very happy with my purchace.”

“I've used these for 10+years and never had a car i couldnt fit one to. My mini confused me a bit, then I realised I had the brodit clip upside down, went in easy after that. I didn't even have a proper screwdriver, so I just used a cheap multi tool with a small screwdriver that was in my boot, realy is easy to fit.”

“An excellent fit for my iPhone with the protective skin. I have had Brodit holders in a few of my cars over the years & they have all been sturdy without exception. Great service as usual.”

“Air Vent Mount for my car was required. Made contact with Customer Service to confirm item available; they very quickly responded to my email and included link to item. This was quick & easy to order. Item arrived in a couple of days. Opened packet to find one of taps was broken off; damaged in transit? Contacted Customer Service who again responded in a couple of hours. They informed me a replacement part was being posted that day. Part received next day, in good condition. Excellent customer service - all communication was friendly and efficient. Thanks”
