“With all the various parts to hand I have made up a second bracket which fits nicely in the position shown in the attached image. The forward one is the control head of my radio transceiver, the aft one is the GPS receiver. Thanks for your help in supplying that which I sought! BTW my name is John STACEY, not Slater.”

“Bought a right hand clip and active holder for a 2018 Volvo V40. Product arrived in good time and in good order. As I’d purchased similar for other cars, installation was really easy. My iPhone 8 is snugly held and in easy reach. Would have been a five star review but for the power cord. As the Volvo V40’s only power supply is inside the armrest storage area, the power cord did not have sufficient length to reach the socket and also be tucked away for a neat finish. Solved by the purchase of a 12v power socket extension. For the Volvo V40 the power cord should be around 3m long.”

“I ordered a proclip and phone unit for a Jaguar XE a couple days ago. I mistakenly ordered the wrong phone unit, Babol customer service department sorted the correct unit with 1 email. Both items arrived the next day it took me about 10 mins to install both items. so far they work very well. I would recommend this product as its very well made and does what it stated on the web site. Just one request to Babol, most car interiors are black and to get a black cable that fits is almost impossible. this is in no way a Babol issue but I would imagine a question that gets requested. Thank You”

“Purchased the 721091 Active Holder for my Iphone XR. If its as good as my at least 4 previous Brodit holders should have no problem. I have a Tecc21 protective wallet case on the phone (85cm X 158) and it fits into this holder no problem with a little bit of room left. as for comunications with babol very good,clear and quick responses.”
