“Goods did not arrive as expected. In stock with ‘sent by Royal Mail Next Day’ as delivery option. No response to 2 emails trying to find out what was happening. Arrived 16/10/2017 after being ordered on 3/10/2017.”

“Delivery service was good. Because my car is not a comon model, I was advised at the time of ordering that there would be a delay because it was a special order. On arrival it fitted perfectly as I expected it would as I have had Brodit mounts in my last four cars.”

“Assumed that the products that I ordered had a UK stock holding - ordered and again assumed couple of days for delivery - a week later e-mailed Babol as the products had not been delivered - return e- explaining stock out - all sorted and delivered in about 7 days - Never assume - Assume makes a n ASS of U and ME - all good now.”
