“Have ordered plenty from this company and never had a problem, until now, i ordered a phone mount for my wifes Range Rover, (NOTHING) sent 3 emails, they cant even be bothered to respond, i still havent received my mount, or any correspondence, this is last time i use this company, they have really gone down the toilet , with their customer care, i want a refund for the mount i have not received, and stop being so Rude, and answer the emails sent to you”

“When changing my car I always buy the appropriate pro clip for the new vehicle as I feel they are an excellent mount. Look and fit great. There’s nothing worse that a ratting phone holder and I use my car for business so I have my phone in the car 12 hours a day. The only down side was the delivery time which in this case was 21 days in total. Spending 21 days without a holder was a bit of a pain trying to use Siri etc but I guess there’s worse things happening in the world at the moment. All in all a great car mount to pair with the matching holder.”

“Excellent products, for the first time I've a phone and satnav mounted securely and safely in a car without obstructing the windscreen, within reach and without risk of falling off. I can't fault the products, they just work, and fir where they are supposed to. More expensive than many alternatives but value for money because they are better. Delivery takes a few days, but considering the range, that's not surprising.”

“Firstly, the help from babol in determining which clip I needed was really quick (having bought a different part number from amazon initially). Whilst the proclip I purchased does work and is well made, it really misses the mark in regard to the fit quality of the 3 parts of the mount that have adhesive pads, two don't actually touch anything, and the 3rd one only touches on about 5-10% of the surface area. It's like all of the angles are slightly off on the mount. When I queried the above, the first respose clearly hadn't read my email as they just quoted the installation instructions whereas my message clearly showed the proclip fitted to my car. The second reply sent me a youtube link which whilst it shows the clip fitted, doesn't actually show how well (or badly) it fits the shape of the car. It's a shame as the design is nearly there, it would only need slight tweaks to fit perfectly.”

“Mostly a good product. However I think the company is either deliberately profiteering or producing a unfit product. If the cable needs replacing then the whole of the attachment need to be replaced. This cost £70 instead of £7 for a simple cable.”
