“Arrived quickly. Came with the wrong screws (they don't fit into the holes in the fixing plate). Also the holes in the bracket that fixes to the car had not been drilled correctly. The holes had been drilled vertically into the bracket, but the mating surface to the fixing plate is at a 45 degree angle. Having found some screws that fit and re-drilled the holes correctly at an angle, the unit screws together correctly and is an excellent fit in the car.”

“The holder looks really good and holds the phone great, the problems come when driving…. I have the clip that locates next to the in-car screen of the Kia Stinger and today (day 2 of use) during normal driving it decided to eject its self onto my passenger. It did keep hold of the phone however, just the whole unit dropped off. I installed it again as per the instructions and it lasted 30mins down the road! For £50 bit of kit its a total waste of money at this point! Would not recommend!”

“Poor fitment, no tools to help fit into gap resulting in dash panel sitting out of place. Used Brodit mounts before but this one is a drop in quality and not worth the price, Very disappointed with this item”

“Mostly a good product. However I think the company is either deliberately profiteering or producing a unfit product. If the cable needs replacing then the whole of the attachment need to be replaced. This cost £70 instead of £7 for a simple cable.”

“The service was fine, but the phone mount for the Tesla Model 3 is designed so it sits directly behind the steering wheel. The screen is only partially visible and it's very difficult to reach. Fairly pointless. :-(”

“Ordered the iPhone 13 PRO Max holder but received the 12 Pro Max holder. It seems compatible but the profile of the phones are different so not as good a fit as my previous 8plus holder. But disappointed to be honest.”

“The product itself suits my needs, but I think it’s very expensive for what it is, and with the delivery cost as well, its certainly overpriced. I bought one of these 6 years ago, and it recently broke but had already made a mount for the phone so a direct replacement at this time was an easier solution for me. I tried on Amazon and it’s even more expensive, even though I have Prime. Would I recommend? Definitely not at this price. Would I purchase in the future? Very unlikely.”

“I usually rate the Brodit holder as the best that money can buy! Unfortunately this time it was not the case. I always loved the way it was smartly designed to tuck away and be really secure. I bought one instantly again when I changed to a c class Mercedes. The fit is awkward, looks out of place and the bracket snapped because of this. Had to return to a trusty magnetic holder which I thought was redundant. Come on Brodit! You’d think for a vehicle like Mercedes the fitment would be neat and secure 😔”

“Products are amazing, but the business model and the online store feels like its from the 90s, very slow delivery times and can be confusing to navigate their website. Regardless of the lack of business innovation/transformation the products are great.”

“Brought for the Jeep renegade. Don't find the angle great.. phone faces the back of the vehicle not at me driving . Waited forever for delivery, which was a mis-understanding on my part, but I wouldn't of ordered if I realised... Is it worth the £50 .. not in my opinion.”

“Sent the wrong clip even after ordering over the phone with my vehicle details. When requested the correct one told I need to send the wrong one back first before they send the correct one out. Asked them if they could send the correct one with pre-paid returns envelope only to be sent an email with an order number and returns slip to print off before they would consider sending the correct one out. As I have dealt with this company for many years and many many clips and Holders I will not use again once this is rectified. Quality of the clip and holder is good however customer service for a returning customer leaves an awful lot to be desired.”

“Orded I phone 8 plus cradle.. had it pro Fitted only to find the cradle too big for the phone ! Even with its case on. This product come highly recommended and I’m sure it would be perfect if the right size was sent out in the first place”
