“I was unsure which model was for my car. I rang and spoke to a friendly helpful lady. Guided through my needs and the correct model identified. I ordered it and received it the next day. Clumsy me dripped one of the screws and lost it. I rang speaking to the same lady. I received a replacement the next day. Fantastic service. Can’t do better.”

“Hi, After online payment, there's no email notification/update for the purchased item. Need to regularly email to ask for an invoice, when the item shipped, what's the tracking number,...etc. When it arrived, due to an incomplete address, items can't be sent to my home. I have to go down to the nearest post office to pick it up.”

“Brodit UK. fantastic customer service. The lady on reception was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I rang to ask about a phone holder for a Jaguar F Type. I was quickly give the details of the required fitting. I ordered and it arrived the next day. Clumsy me dropped a bolt and couldn't find it. I rang up, spoke to the same lady explaining my mistake. I had a replacement within 24 hours. Brilliant thank you.”

“Great customer service from Babol after buying a Brodit dash mount for my T6 Transporter. Item arrived promptly, but was damaged. Spoke to customer services via the website messenger then they called me back by phone. No issues immediate replacement sent out and arrived next day. Fitted this on arrival and works exactly as I needed. Thanks again.”

“I got my first clip and holder for Christmas after having researched the market for something that would fit my car and actually stay in place. The concept is great, a custiom designed clip for your make and model of car, with a choice of left or right hand drive and then whatever phone holder you need. I now have 3 of these in total, my first one having been passed to my mum as I changed my iPhone for a larger model. I have had issues with quality on holders 2 and 3 resulting in warranty clams having to be made. These are not cheap products and its worrying that plastics and quality are fragile and break easily - in both cases the failures happened very soon after I started using them so perhaps the quality control needs to be increased. Babol however changed these out for replacements - you just email them and they send you the required paperwork and label to send back freepost which is a nice touch. I would recommend these products to anyone looking for a good quality sturdy solution to holding your phone steady in your car.”

“Ordered clip for my car, too small, was advised I needed the bigger version, also no good. Was told someone would phone to advise, they didn't, just an email telling me I needed the smaller version! I queried this and never received a reply. So I've had to return two clips at my own cost, plus I won't get the £10 postage they charged refunded to me. What a waste of time and money.”
