“Not happy I ordered a item on the basis for quick delivery and payment of £5 to do just that. Having to wait nearly a week for delivery with no tracking.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Your order was placed on 23rd July, and dispatched on 24th July via Royal Mail 24. Looking at the tracking details, Royal Mail delivered your parcel on 29th July. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, it can take up to 3 working days. “I bought a phone holding device from this firm and it worked well. I found Rachel, on live chat, exceptionally helpful as, being in my 80's, I needed a lot of reassurance, help. they were the most helpful live chat sessions I have come accross anywhere.”

“Bought a proclip mount and passive holder with tilt swivel and couldn't be more satisfied with both. The mount was easy and straightforward to install in my 2008 Civic and the adjustable passive holder holds my phone in place at all times. You can also adjust the width of the holder and the resistance of the swivel, which I've found very convenient. The products are made of hard plastic and look and feel high quality. I had a couple of questions that were quickly solved by Brodit staff on the live chat. The delivery was tracked and fast, receiving the product within 48 hours after placing the order. Absolutely recommended”

“Bought phone holder for Apple MagSafe for my Volvo V40 because the one I had before was shaking a bit from vibrations while driving. After getting this Brodit one that is designed specifically for the car I’m never buying any other car holder. It fits well, easy to install, looks good and stays in place like part of the car and my phone never shakes even going over the potholes. Also had to talk to customer service and the representative was very polite and sorted my query out straight away. 5 star product and service.”

“Ordered an item non-stock so was obliged to wait for delivery, which was within stated timescales so no problem. What IS a problem is that the holder I ordered does not charge my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, as it claims it will. As there seems to be several issues surrounding the charging of this phone, I don't believe I'm the first to report this. Perhaps you should state on your website that charging a Galaxy S23 Ultra is not possible via the USB C port, to avoid others suffering the disappointment I have.”
