“Disappointed in recent purchase it’s very yellow compared to previous 2 skins I have bought which are white I’m considering returning it for an exchange”

Hello Joyce, Thank you for reaching out to us - we're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order. Since sheepskin is a natural product, there is some variation in colour and texture. That being said, we are happy to select sheepskins that match customer preferences when we are asked. If your lambskin is new and unused, we would be more than happy to help you exchange it for one that is closer to your desired colour. “This is my 2nd order and I've always been 100% satisfied with my order. I love our pram grey liner and I can move it easily for the cot too at this early newborn stage. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars / very good for this order is I wasn't happy with the packaging of this beautiful lamb wool for the money I paid, it didn't feel very protected or packaged well like the way my first order arrived.”

“This was bought as a present for my new Grandson. My daughter isn't sure if she has to return it yet as it may be too large for the puchchair. Other items bought from Baa baa baby have been wonderful though. Thank you.”

“Beautiful pushchair liner. Fits my Ickle Bubba well and feels really good quality. Definitely helped keep baby cooler in the hot weather. Unfortunately not enough postage paid by sender so parcel went to the post office and I had to pay the excess otherwise would have given 5 stars.”

Thank you so much for your review - could I ask that you also get in touch directly so we can resolve the issue with Royal Mail and refund you the extra amount paid. Our postage is paid on account with Royal Mail and the charge is the same for all items under 5kg so we can't understand what has happened. Please accept our sincere apologies that you had to pay any surcharge and were inconvenienced and be reassured we will refund you the additional cost.
