“Really disappointed that my order didn’t arrive and when I enquired the retailer just cancelled and claimed to refund the funds. No apology, explanation or confirmation of money transaction. Still not received”

Hello Debby, Thank you for your review and we are so sorry you have experienced a problem with your order. I have had a good look at this case and can see what has happened. Your order was dispatched and a tracking number issued via our confirmation email (see tracking below) https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JW242948476GB The order was returned to us as 'address inaccessible' and we emailed to advise of this but received no response and therefore refunded your order. I am wondering if we don't have your correct email address on our system or if there is an issue with our mail going into spam. Regardless of this, I can absolutely understand your frustration and upset. I can see we have a phone number for you on file and should have telephoned and spoken to you rather than emailing with an automatic refund. We have definitely learnt some lessons through this and will change our practice to only refunding an order once we have customer confirmation that this is what they would like. If you would like to proceed with your order we would be more than happy to arrange this along with a discount on the original order price for the level of service you have received - please email me directly if you would like this -nhelen@baababy.co.uk and I will arrange this for you and personally monitor the delivery Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and once more apologies we did not communicate with you better on this matter in the first place.

“Recently bought the leopard buggy liner. Fits great in our Bugaboo Cameleon 3 plus. The sheepskin is so so soft and doesn’t malt which I’ve heard others can do. My son absolutely loves it and slept instantly when I put him in his pram! We’re going to get lots of use out of it I’m sure!”

“We love our Baa Baby pram liner. I found my baby was warm in her pram prior to buying the shorn hair liner. Since she’s been in the pram with it, I find her body temperature is nice and cool. I look forward to taking it on holiday and using it for the opposite reason in the winter. It is very soft and she gets on well with it. Prior to finding Baa Baby, we had ordered from a different company and it was sent back straight away as it was far too hard and scratchy.”

“No complaints about Baa Baby with a quick turn around of purchase and delivery along with reasonable prices. I had looked around before settling on BaaBaby to buy the lambskin bassinet liner from. The fact the liner came in white which my daughter in law was after was also fortunate as most were honey coloured. Would buy from Baa Baby again”
