“Unfortunately I would not class this as a universal fit. The first time I used this product with my Uppababy Cruz, it became apparent it does not fit this buggy well at all. I was then unfortunately denied a refund or exchange.”

We are sorry you did not feel the Bowron pram liner was a good fit for your pram. We always offer full refunds or exchanges to customers when they are not happy with their purchase however the item must be unused. In this instance the liner had been used with your child and had not just been tried on the pram for fitting. We do have to be rigorous in ensuring our products are in a pristine and unused condition and would never resell an item that was not. I hope that you can understand that this is to protect our customers.

“I was really so happy with the results of my shampoo and brush ! It came up beautifully ! I had tried with plain wool and silk wash before but the result with this Baa Baby sheepskin wash was significantly superior. I would highly recommend this product.”

“Gorgeous Sheep skin mittens and matching booties ready for my babies first winter. Thick cosy fleece inside and well finished outer. Very pleased and will most likely buy again next winter.”

“Bought the baa baby sheepskin shampoo and the brush. Arrived very quickly. So far I have only used the brush, which is amazing!! Absolutely brilliant brush which has made my sheepskin so soft and got all the tangles out.”

“Excellent quality sheepskin buggy liner. I have a few family members who purchased theirs through different companies and even they have commented on how superior my one from Baa Baby is. The quality of the sheepskin plus leather is second to none and it does doesn't shed like many other friends complain of. Very easy to attach to my Vennicci buggy. Excellent customer service too. I highly recommend”

“Lovely and responsive customer service, they even took the trouble to send a handwritten note from my behalf to the recipient who was over the moon to receive the gorgeous sheep skin which is in the nursery awaiting her new baby. She can't get over how soft it is! Thank you. Highly recommend Baa Baby.”
