“Product is really good when arrived and felt very good quality .only when I had to wash it because of baby’s milk fell on it I noticed it changed in texture (not soft anymore) and it shrank. I washed it by hand with lanoline detergent so no harsh wash . That’s the only thing that disappoints”

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we are so sorry you have had a problem when washing the sheepskin. Shrinkage and a change in texture are due to too much heat in either the washing or drying process. You may be able to alleviate this a little by 'working' the sheepskin leather back and forth over a sharp edge such as a table or worktop. This will start to loosen and flex the leather a little and in turn also the fleece. A good brushing will also loosen the fleece for some improvement in the texture. I hope this helps with bringing some of the original texture and softness back for you.

“We brought the Keizer natura footmuff after advice from the company that it would fit our specific pushchair - the Joolz Hub+ Unfortunately, the footmuff was too big so we had to return it. We were disappointed that we had to cover the £12 cost of the return ourselves despite being advised that it would fit.”

We are really sorry you are unhappy with your recent purchase. Our advice to customers on fitting is based on our own purchase of prams and customer photos and reviews. We have a number of customers who are very happy with the fit of the Kaiser Natura in the Joolz Hub and Kaiser themselves recommend this as a good fit in their literature to us. Sometimes it is personal preference in terms of whether you feel the footmuff is too large or small for the frame but we do try to be as helpful as we can and provide images where we have them. I am sorry that your return cost so much - we wouldn't expect this to be so high at all and couriers typically charge around £3-6 depending on the size of the parcel. We are in the process of having our new returns portal up and running so customers will no longer face high return costs, as this does sound very expensive. I will forward on a gift card to you for £10 as a gesture of goodwill towards this 🙂

“Really great lamb skin that our baby loves to snuggle down in. We take it with us on all our travels/visits so that wherever she is sleeping feels like home. A great aid to help overcome the trials of parenting.”

“I absolutely loved this bear that I purchased for my great granddaughter that is due in ten day. I can understand why so many people recommend this bear as it is plush, soft and cuddly and I definitely recommend that you buy one as the recipient will keep it for years to come and the delivery and customer service was so good.”

“My new granddaughter and her Mum and Dad are so happy with the beautifully soft sheepskin pram liner I gave her. It fits snugly into her Moses basket and she just seems so content and warm when it’s time for sleep. “Bought bowron fleece for newborn, love this product not only is it sanitised but as a skin it breathes in summer and as its wool, its warm in winter. The natural lanolin is great for baby skin too and arrived promptly”
