“The baby booties were really small. Wanted to return but no return slip was included. Hassle to find return info online. The return address stated on the website is wrong! All seems very dodgy and this experience was disappointing.”

I am so sorry you have had a problem trying to return the booties. We don't include a returns slip as we are trying to be as environmentally conscious as possible. Our returns information is on our website with the correct address, I have added a link below for you. In addition, there is a link on the webpage to our Royal Mail returns tracked service - this allows you to take the items to any local post office, or arrange for collection at your home. The last thing we want is for customers to be disappointed in our service and wanted to reassure you we are definitely not 'dodgy'. We have been around almost 15 years, have a corporate partnership with a national charity and have won a number of awards for our products and service. “This is an incredible soft sheepskin. My baby sleeps very well on it and is used to sleeping on sheepskins but needed a bigger one to fit her cot so I purchased this one and it fits very well.”

“Baa Baby Sheepskin & Wool wash I have used this Sheepskin wash to clean Sheepskin coats Gillets products When drying layout garment on a big cushion covered with a towel & place 2 or 3 fans facing on to . Turn frequently can take 2 1/2 days to 4 1/2 days to thoroughly dry I turn the wool side to be the outside usually the fur drys & when completely dry the Suede of the sheepskin is dry to The Baa Baby Sheepskin & wool wash is the Best product to use and for Sendetivity of everyone’s skin is not perfumed & your garments and Pram inserts for your baby is fresh no need to keep repeating washing as sheepskin is naturally antibacterial & self cleaning to clear up spills or chocolate on a pram covering just dilute 10 drops in Luke warm water dip a cotton cloth into & spot clean I do my sheepskin coats in the bath as it is good after to leave at least an hour so sheepskin absorbs more of the Lanolin into it’s fibres This is my second bottle a little goes a long way I have washed my cashmere sweaters too Sally”

“I bought a sheepskin pram liner as I wanted it for the cold weather but also wanted my baby girl to be cool when we go on holiday in May. When it came I was so impressed by the quality. It is beautiful and my little one is warm and cosy in her buggy when we go out now. Whole heartedly recommend to anyone wanting the same thing for their baby.”

“Wow. This item is lovely! I ordered two colours as I couldn’t decide which one. I ended up keeping the latte coloured one since it will be easier to keep clean. The colour matched my grey bugaboo fox2 perfectly.”

“I’ve bought three sheepskin pram liners over the years. The products are of such high quality and always beautifully packaged. I spent more than I ever imagined on a footmuff for the buggy but it has been one of our best baby purchases - I’ve just washed it for use with number two and it looks like new.”

“My little boy got this teddy as a Christmas present last year and was obsessed it goes everywhere with him. So had to buy a second to make sure if it got lost we had a back up. This is a cute teddy and really soft”
