“The item itself is very cute. One of the main reasons we chose it is because it's a wooden toy which avoids the use of plastic. Therefore, we were disappointed when we opened the box to find that the toy itself was wrapped in plastic! I'd love it if you could find solutions to make this toy and your product selection more sustainable!”

“Baa Baby had been recommended by a friend as we were looking for a special gift for our daughter who is expecting her first child. There are lots of beautiful things to choose from. The communication from Helen was brilliant throughout and the products arrived on time and were presented beautifully.
