The staff at Bonline have been very helpful and were very easy to talk to. It is so nice to be able to talk to real people who can explain all the steps involved. I cannot thank Melissa and Ryan enough for all their time and support in getting the right services for us and have made the onboarding process really simple. I was nervous about porting our current telephone number but there have been there every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

I really like the service that bOnline provide. It's not always perfect and can sometimes take a few attempts to get the answer to my question, but they're still far easier to talk to than any of the other providers that I've been with. They're also much more eager to resolve issues and make me happy.

I had an amazing experience with Naseegha, her help was top-notch, super understanding, and incredibly supportive. She was so patient, taking the time to really get my questions and address them professionally. Couldn’t ask for better service

Troublesome upgrade to v3 on our part, Mo managed to remote in to the PC at the remote site, with a computer illiterate end user to fully upgrade us to V3. Superb member of staff with a lovely 1st line support ethos and telephone manner

Overall I'm happy with their service, but it would be good if they could explain things more simply and concisely to aid those of us who aren't experts! It's a complicated issue for those of us who aren't au fait with voip, fibre, copper etc - and let's face it unless you're in the business, it's all a bit technical until you have your first experience of it. I have had issues with our service from bOnline over the years I've been with them, usually because of things which aren't necessarily to do with them (although the router they sent wasn't really up to the job needed in our building), and they've had to deal with OpenReach on my behalf, but things get resolved eventually. The staff are as helpful and patient as they can be, but it's frustrating having problems they (and I) can't understand!
