“My daughter loves your clothing she wears the items she has constantly and they wash and wear so well. The sizing is spot on and any advice from customer service has been accurate and fast. I would say these items are a bit of a luxury but they stand the test of time so are well worth the money. Lovely clothes lovely people.”

“I got my order within good time however they really weren’t what I was hoping for which I was very disappointed with! So I have sent them back about a week ago but still haven’t got my refund so I’m still waiting for that.”

We have just checked over your order and can your return was processed and refunded three days ago (5th July). Although the banks are usually pretty quick at getting the money back to you the same day- sometimes the transfer of money can take a few days. “Fantastic customer service and the new season collection is AMAZING! Having previously bought from Aztec Diamond I had an issue however the customer service team very generously sent me a pair of their new season riding tights and the quality and feel and extras such as pockets with grip and a good waistband and non-see-through material has exceeded expectations! thank you for restoring my confidence in the brand, and I can't wait to purchase my next pair!”
