“The parts that I ordered was very competitively priced and correctly refurbished as shown on their website. Before I ordered the items I spoke to someone there and made sure that the parts were correct for my vehicle. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The parts were delivered within two working days. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone else.”

“I had a hard time finding a plastic interior piece (rear seat belt escutcheon) for my 1999 Jaguar XJ-8. Looked everywhere and found 3 of them at Auto Reserve. The price was reasonable and the shipping to the US was also very reasonable. Excellent communication and fast shipping to Texas.”

“The purchase process was excellent, easy and clear and the part was despatched almost immediately, well done! That it took 5 weeks in the customs clearance in Finland is in no way due to Auto Reserve, but due to the complications and a system error in the Finnish Post. All this thanks to the Brexit, what a stupid decision that was!”
