“Excellent, excellent, excellent! The staff is attentive, patient, and ultra-professional. Dan took the time to email me back to inform me of an unforeseen issue and managed and handled the after-sales service almost single-handedly in a fabulous way. I wasn't familiar with this company before, and now I can say I have a serious and reliable alternative if I ever can't find Jaguar/L.R parts on eBay.”

“The small 36 GBP-Part in a standard letter arrived at the German handler dhl already 4 days after order. Nevertheless dhl needed 11 more days to deliver finally. Daily tracking reports used different excuses, but did not mention that their drivers have no permission to collect for the attached customs bill plus expenses. Only after beeing dropped at a dhl shop the letter was permitted to be payed for. So please advise Royal Mail to avoid collaboration with German dhl in the future.”
