“I was happy with the service I got from the parts advisor Stephen however I called and ordered another cable this time for the traction control, the smaller cable from the traction control to the throttle body.this time the parts advisor has not called me back with any information at all I then called back and was told he would call me That was a week ago.I would have given 5 stars for Stephen because he was prompt an professional. But since I haven’t had a curtesy call about the second cable I gave a4 star. I am still waiting for a response for the traction cable”

“Since 2019 I have purchased a number of spares for my X350, including most recently some obscure ones which Andy did a great job in finding them. I expect to order more spares soon and would recommend Autoreserve to all Jag owners.”

“Expensive, which is the only reason it wasn't a 5/5. They had the part in stock and were helpful from a customer service point of view. I ended up buying the part from an S Type R and swapping my XJR fuel sender onto the S Type pump due to cost differences for what is the exact same pump. Still cost me an extra £60 over my local Jag breaker which I'm in dispute with so currently won't use. All in all, my car is fixed and these guys helped with the part so can't complain too much h.”

“The pump for the roof of my Jag arrived very quickly after ordering. I didn't open it but passed it to a local garage to fit. They commented that it hadn't been drained so the packaging (which was excellent) was full of hydraulic fluid. Nevertheless, they fitted it and it worked. Saved me over £500!!”
