“Wanted replacement door card clips. Arrived in deepest Cornwall in 20 hrs from ordering 24hr Delivery. Sometimes takes 4 days to here! Thanks”

“Good selection of parts, easy to order from the web shop, good selection of payment methods and excellent on call support. Logistics could(should) have been faster to continent (Finland). Delivery to post office on the other side of town was also a bit of a unwanted surprise. However will use Auto Reserve Ltd in future too and no problem giving referral.”

“Item was as described and fit Jaguar XF. Delivery took longer than I had hoped as it was in the 'processing' stage for a week. Once it was shipped it arrived quickly.”

“Part I ordered was supposed to fit my car, only a wheel stud but kind of important, anyhow it didn't fit, found one that did on eBay in the end. However I have heard these studs aren't easy to come by, so no harm done. Super fast delivery though, was supposed to be 3-4 days, it arrived the next day.”

“I could not find the cable I needed for a 1997 XJ6L anywhere else. I got it soon considering it came from England. The only issue is that the used cable had some nicks in it one of which exposed the braided shield but I am still happy to have it!”
