“The parts that I ordered was very competitively priced and correctly refurbished as shown on their website. Before I ordered the items I spoke to someone there and made sure that the parts were correct for my vehicle. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The parts were delivered within two working days. “I had a hard time finding a plastic interior piece (rear seat belt escutcheon) for my 1999 Jaguar XJ-8. Looked everywhere and found 3 of them at Auto Reserve. The price was reasonable and the shipping to the US was also very reasonable. Excellent communication and fast shipping to Texas.”
