“I wanted to thank you for your service. I got very good advice on the phone and the delivery was smooth (shipped to France). Dan was very professional and was very helpful!! I am going to answer the customer survey right now. Is there a way to know if the timing belt guide had already been changed on my dad’s Jaguar XKR 4,2L V8 (from 1998 or 1999, I forgot). How often do you recommend the automatic transmission oil flush? For my 2021 Volvo, the car dealer keep saying that the oil should not be changed and that it would be risky… is there any specific recommandation for the Jaguar auto trans? Can it be done easily by my mechanic friend the old fashioned way without a specific machine? Or is it better to go to a Jaguar dealer? Cordialement, Yoan Fontaine”

“I was looking for the righthand front hood seal for my 2004 XKR and was not having any luck. Gary R. AanRemortel said he found me the hood seal kit on your website, which seals I purchased. The seals are 1st rate. Better than I expected and the price was most reasonable. Delivery by Royal Mail in an English biscuit cardboard box- who could ask for more. Very satisfied.”
