“My part arrived in good time. It took time to get it fitted but it works perfectly and my treasured Jag is now back on the road, after 6 months. I was very pleased to find Auto Reserve Jaguar.”

“Auto Reserve very professional. Andy gives 100 per cent attention. However I am not very happy with UPS as they levied a handling charge of approx 20 pounds on top of their delivery charge.”

“Good rate for Auto Reserve. Unfortunately customs services a real nightmare that never ends. After 15 days still not receive the parts. Auto Reserve should use forwarding with reliable custom service for the customer. Brexit did not help.”

“Parts arrived all in good condition. The only other items that i requested were the four screws that hold the cover down, which i didn't receive. i have purchased the screws in the meantime here at my local hardware.”

“Hello Andy,yes I received the door seal last week & fitted it & now I can close the door correctly,the last seal got distorted in the top corner of the door & I had to slam the door to get it closed & that's been something with all the jags I've owned you never have to slam the doors like a lot of other cars but yes it turned up on time & was in very good condition,thank you very much. Cheers Steve”
