“The refurbished Upper wishbone was delivered very promptly to my chosen garage and it proved to be a really good quality refurb. It fitted perfectly. II lost the invoice, but after a promptly answered phonecard, a copy arrived by email as we spoke. Great product and excellent service.”

“The freight company, Parcel Force, downgraded my Air Freight Express to Standard. After a week the parcel was still in the UK, not Australia. I lodged a query and Andy at Auto Reserve Ltd promptly traced the parcel to Birmingham and directed the freight company to immediately reinstate the freight to express where it arrived at my PO Box in a few days.
