“Ordering system very good and delivery prompt. Only problem was that the description in the ad wasn't quite accurate - it stated a CONVEX mirror, whereas the one that came was FLAT. The convex part number is S15/06.009, while the flat mirror is S15/06.010. However, given the problem of finding exact and affordable parts for a 2001 S-type Jaguar, I shall make do with the flat mirror, since it fits the housing. It would have been good if the ad had shown an image also of the reverse side of the mirror, where Convex/Flat and the part number are clearly shown.”

“Good rate for Auto Reserve. Unfortunately customs services a real nightmare that never ends. After 15 days still not receive the parts. Auto Reserve should use forwarding with reliable custom service for the customer. Brexit did not help.”

“Parts arrived all in good condition. The only other items that i requested were the four screws that hold the cover down, which i didn't receive. i have purchased the screws in the meantime here at my local hardware.”

“Part is finally received correctly (Shipment #000120055 for Order #000128162 of May 18, UPS Tracking Number 1ZAB06216805020788) on June 2nd. Shipment to Germany was handled by Parcel2Go, Order Reference: P2G115172128. Although Shipping and Handling had been included in the paid invoice, another 31 EUR was due in cash on final delivery by UPS. As the UPS deliverer was unable to explain the reason for the extra costs I called UPS and got a general remark about customs and handling fares, referring to some extra invoice about this to be sent within 14 days. To receive the ordered part I paid cash to the UPS man, but no receipt was possible nor payment by Credit Card. It looked like a fraud. No invoice has been received yet. In the future, I recommend better information about Shipping procedures and/or different handling services. Thank you, Sincerely, Dr. Manfred P. Hentschel”

“I've used Auto Reserve for a couple of items and will definitely be going back for other Jaguar parts in the future. Not always easy to find the part I'm looking for but that's more to do with knowing what those odd clips and bits and bobs are called. Delivery has been good so would recommend others.”
