“I have received the part as ordered from you and am appreciative. As an aside I do wish to complain however re the Jaguar dealers here in my home town who charged me $209.00 only to tell me the part was no longer availpable I was left high and dry as the saying goes. I then approached the UK and found your details. It is handy to know and I will keep your information for future enquiries. I am happy to deal with overeas businesses when they are professional and helpful. The locals also told me they couldn't fit the part as my car was 2005 and they said they only deal with 2008 and higher. That sounds a bit thin to me as I know people here in Australia who drve cars built in the 1960s. Thank you again for your assistance.”

“just to say,very helpfull staff member who helped me to navigate the on line buying form.. the parts ordered where correct and delivered on time,, most impotand in my opinion is this company has a telephone number unlike a lot of traders who do their level best not to have direct contact with customers, WHY.., after all,should potential customers trust them to surply the correct parts to fit their vehicles and not just take the money..”

“I needed a front seat belt buckle for a 2006 XKR. Couldn't find it anywhere in Houston, Texas. I saw Auto Reserve mentioned on a Facebook Jaguar chat site and decided to check it out. There was no such part listed on the website but it gave me the option to create an account and get on a waiting list in case the part became available. So I did. About 3 weeks later I was contacted by email offering the part. Pricey, of course, but that's Jaguar. Anyway, I ordered and it arrived within a week. An exact match. I highly recommend AR for Jaguar parts.”
