“The delivery and dispatch was later than expected due to the time of the order. After the enquiry it also took a little bit longer than expected to recive a reply. This did not affect my view on the service due to the time of year. The quality of the products and packaging where excellent and for the discounted price a complete bargain. I would highly recommend this to others especially the bag.”

“Autofinesse? More like the best detailing brand on the planet👀 The products are absolutely sublime and my go to. The quality of the products produced are second to none. The visuals, The Scents and the pure no nonsense approach the products take to the paint is phenomenal. The Lavish ceramic foam “ banana” is a personal favourite of mine. Takes worn down protection to a high level of gloss and protection in a quick 2 minute snowfoam. As Cold weather approaches with salt roads I find myself scrolling the Autofinnese website daily to find amazing products at once again amazing prices with the sales currently on. In fact I have an autofinesse order arriving today and the excitement of opening it is incredible. 10/10 brand would recommend to anybody who is looking to upgrade the car cleaning they do to a top notch level. Amazing brand with amazing products.”

“Ordered items 31/12/23 no up date till 10/1/24to say it had been shipped. Delivery date was supposed to be 13/01/24 but it didn't arrive until the 15/01/25. Emailed yourselves but got no reply. Advertised delivery said 5 to 7 days. Communication from yourselves non existent. Very poor delivery. Free delivery should not be offered if you cannot fulfill. Not ordered from you before and will not be ordering again.”

Hi Bernard. Thank you for leaving a review. I’ve had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was on a 5-7 working day service. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. I would like to reassure you that our staff have been working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. I can see that we dispatched your order on the 6th working day, however the delay was with the courier on this occasion which took it over the 7 working days. I do apologise that this has happened.
