“Charging delivery when your page states free delivery, only the small print explains the delivery change, very disappointing”

Hi Jason. Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. This certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. I can confirm that there is a small shipping charge for all orders under £50. There is a asterisks next to the free shipping section meaning there is terms and conditions that apply. These terms and conditions are that to qualify for the free shipping the order value must be £50 or more. All of our shipping services are explained on our website and we always recommend looking at this page before placing an order to ensure no confusion is caused. I hope this clears things up for you and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. -TEAM AF :)
