“Already have a AF drying towel which I paid the same money for but was pleasantly surprised to get the Xl which I thought my original one was but turns out it is the regular size, arrived quickly and very good quality product well done AF”

“I ordered at Xmas time which is a busy period for a big company.The dispatch time was slow.Of my 5 orders 2 arrived with missing items or wrong items sent. Customer service doesn't get back very quickly.I've always used Auto Finesse but this experience has changed my mind and I will be going to a different supplier from now on. Shame as their products are good but the delivery time and customer service is brilliant.”

Hi Scott. Thank you for leaving a review. Receiving good and bad feedback is really helpful to us because when we look at how we can improve our products and service we can take these comments into consideration. I have forwarded your comments onto our managing director and added it onto our customer feedback system. Regarding the long delivery times, as I hope you can appreciate, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full shipping time frame to ship/deliver the order. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances, some orders are taking up to 10 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control. I would like to reassure you that our staff have been working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. All of our emails are answered in chronological order therefore it can take a day to get back to your reply. We currently have our clearance sale running therefore have a very high number of emails and it can take a little longer to get back to our customers. For urgent enquiries we do however have alternative options for contacting us, such as our phone line which is open 9am-5:30pm. Once again I am sorry for any disappointment caused and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. -TEAM AF :)

“Took a week for the item to be dispatched despite website saying next day. Ordered Eliminator. Had some light scratches and it didn't make an impact on them. Really disappointing. The polish/applicator mitt things were ok. Will stick with Sam’s detailing.”

It really surprises us that you've noticed no difference after using this product as it has the capabilities to remove light swirling. “I absolutly love Auto Finesse's products! The quailty, branding and packaging are all first-class, and you can grab some real bargins during the various sales throughout the year. The only minor niggle I do have is the econonmy delivery takes aaaaaaaages to arrive!”
