“As a first time customer i must say, this company knows how to treat its customers and how to solve problems. Staff was very helpful when speaking on the phone. I am very grateful for the gift as an apology for the inconvenience. Website is on point and videos are very helpful to any newbies. I can just hope the Ceramic products can be shipped to EU next year. This company knows how to do marketing. That and many positive reviews sold me the products. Which are top noch.”
