“Ordered items 31/12/23 no up date till 10/1/24to say it had been shipped. Delivery date was supposed to be 13/01/24 but it didn't arrive until the 15/01/25. Emailed yourselves but got no reply. Advertised delivery said 5 to 7 days. Communication from yourselves non existent. Very poor delivery. Free delivery should not be offered if you cannot fulfill. Not ordered from you before and will not be ordering again.”

Hi Bernard. Thank you for leaving a review. I’ve had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was on a 5-7 working day service. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. I would like to reassure you that our staff have been working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. I can see that we dispatched your order on the 6th working day, however the delay was with the courier on this occasion which took it over the 7 working days. I do apologise that this has happened. “Ordered on the 31st Dec, not delivered until 10th Jan, Slooooooow, offered 10% off as new user then offered frre bag if spending over £80, but cant have both??? Not clear on the website at all”

Hi James. Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I’ve had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was on a 5-7 working day service. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances, some orders were taking up to 10 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control.
