I suffer from OCD ordered a deluxe Drying towel which arrived damaged told them and got reply ,still use will be ok.

Hi Brain, Thank you for your recent review, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Aqua Deluxe, this is not how we want our customers to feel. I've had a look into this for you and can see that the item was not damaged, however there was a slight cosmetic defect and there was some excess thread on the towel. Very bad experience first but last. Payed for the express delivery and had it 10 days laters. Order was ready to ship 3 days after ordering, so not DHL fault. Regards Florent

I ordered products on the 1/4/20 and payed for Express delivery so to be delivered on the 2/4/20 and did not arrive, I got a refund for Express delivery, Thankyou for that but it's now the 8/4/20 and still not had my delivery, cannot get hold of auto finesse or nothing to find out where my delivery is

I hit someone’s else’s order with all their address details full name etc. Which could mean only one thing, that person has my full name and address. Complete disregard to data protection. Not happy at all and all I got was an air freshener as an apology. Had an issue 1st time and another issue this time round. Won’t be a returning customer.

The free bottle of polish burst all over the box and the snow foam lance was soaked so I was unset about this but these things happen

Not enough information with regards to delivery, ordered product and it was 8 days before it was delivered, despite requesting 3-5 day delivery

Hi Nebraska, thank you for leaving a review on Auto Finesse. I am sorry to hear your order was slightly delayed. As you can probably imagine during promotional periods, Black Friday/Christmas, we are extremely busy. As much as we try to get orders out as quickly as possible there may be a slight delay due to the high amount of orders coming in.  Our team are working hard to get as many orders out as they can, however orders may take longer than the five working days to arrive (as it states in our terms and conditions).  I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Bought a lot of products from you qorth over £250 and they still haven’t arrived , terrible service from DHL with mix up etc when DPD just brought a product right to my door step and DHL struggles to find my address , shocking

Nobody contacted me when I left honest negative feedback on instagram you just decided to delete my comment, so are you only after positive feedback..? You will only move forward in a business if you know your weaknesses. Rude & wont be using your products again..! Especially after spending over £200 on my first order with such a pigheaded response & attitude. Good luck

I made two orders one moth ago and i still have serious problems with both of them. I had to pay 7.30€ to recieve each order. Im still waiting for one of them. I will never buy to your company again.

Problems began when attempting to place an order which took around a day to resolve. Parcel arraived and was missing items, took 4 days to hear back from someone and when the item appeared it was sent to the billing address and not the shipping address.

The product isn't fit for purpose. Unfortunately unable to resolve the issues with customer support. Purchased Palmer violet car air freshener, the Sean is way to weak. Customer support advisor mate it was a top up air freshener which still makes it has a completely useless have you can't smell it! After being a auto fenesse customer for over 5 years I feel this is time to back away.

Hi Neil, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you feel let down by the performance of one of our new Aroma Air Fresheners. These air fresheners are for an instant fragrant interior and aren't designed to last for a long period of time. For occasions such as a car show or just a little top up to the air freshener you already have suspended from your rear view mirror.
