“I had to return one of the two items I bought. I thought the service and communication was very good, but a shame that a faulty item was sent out in the first place. I'd definitely shop at Attitude Clothing again.”

“I love the fantastic range of products with so many different designs to choose from. Delivery is always reasonably quick. The only downsides are that sometimes the sizing is wrong, I've bought clothes size 'Large" and some have fitted me but others do not. So I'd prefer more accurate labeling. Also some prices are a bit too expensive.”

“My order came on time and everything was great, except one of the items was faulty and it's too expensive to ship back. I think for you should change your returns policy for the reassurance and satisfaction of your costumers.”

Our returns policy is a guideline as to how it generally works, if something goes wrong we just look to see how we can put it right, where necessary we will override the policy. “Great shirt....only drawback was that for XL size was probably about a size 14 so I have altered it...other than that...speedy delivery and was what I wanted!”

“Great customer service. I placed an order on the 27th of July and was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately the delivery service lost it so Attitude Clothing wasn't faulty. The only reason I put a 4/5 it's because I wasn't able to see if the order was correct when delivered. I sent them loads of emails and I always got a friendly, rapid and complete answer (they took between 20 minutes to a few hours to answer me back.) Since they weren't able to sent my items a second time because everything was sold out, (Every item was in the summer sales.) they refund me without a question. Firstly in my e-wallet but I asked to get a refund directly on my bank account. (It took less than a day so definitely not 30 days as I already saw.) They also gave me a voucher for my next order. Overall I think it's a pretty good site with a wide range of products and brands. There's always a voucher code or sales which is great.”

Thanks for your positive - review despite the courier company having lost your parcel! Unfortunately due to most of your order being for sale items which have since sold out, we have been unable to re-send and so we've issued a full refund instead. We try to answer all emails as quickly as possible, however due to different time zones around the world this may take a little longer in some instances. “I sent an email to the help services department and they responded promptly within 1 day, informing me that they had taken measurements from heel to toe of the shoes I was interested in by hand. This is special, personalised service and I uber-appreciate it and it makes me want to return because I know I can count on Attitude for some baller service and fucking kick-ass shoes with super attention to detail and customer service illskillz. ;-)”

“Great service and nicely package parcel. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is I paid for next day delivery which came a day later. So will order earlier in the day next time. There must be a cut off time which I missed.”

“Great customer service which is SO important and my number 1 reason for shopping anywhere. Only problem is I keep trying to unsubscribe from your newsletter as they don't feel relevant to me, and I'm still getting emails! Very frustrating.”
