“It is by chance we found out about Atlas ceramics and what a lucky chance that turned into!!! Having had a disastrous visit to Tops Tiles where the poor lad didn't have a clue we met Dan at Atlas. He was brilliant and knows his stuff. Very helpful, easy to deal with and very obliging in letting us have samples to look at in our bathrooms. We will invite him round to see the finished effect when done! Thank you.”

“A big thank you to Atlas ceramics. Nothing has been too much trouble, I was always greeted with a smile despite my endless e-mails, visits, indecision and advice needed. Dan Woolley steered me in the direction of a tile I would never have chosen on my own and now I'm super excited to see it fitted in our new bathroom. Thank you Dan and his team for your inspiration, design help, patience, delivery, suppling samples, swift ordering and hard work. The house refurb isn't over yet and you will be our first call for the next project.”

“It’s so refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days. A huge thank you to Dan Woolley who was fantastic with his knowledge & suggestions for our two bathrooms. He really has an eye for design & went above our expectations even contacting & liaising with our bathroom design company to keep the stress away from us. Big thanks Dan. “Absolutely brilliant service, cannot recommend highly enough. I was 'missing' tiles and the tiler was about to start (he can't count!!). I couldn'tget hold of my local supplier. A Google search revealed that Atlas also supplied the 'missing' mosaics and a quick phone call to Tom saw the tiles being delivered 26 hours later to my door!! Not bad as they are in Hampshire and I'm in West Yorkshire AND it was such a small order too!! Tom was just so helpful, promised and delivered!!”

“Had a top notch customer service experience with Atlas Ceramics recently. Have placed an order for 100 sq m of beautiful Italian tiles at a competitive price. Dan was really helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us choosing our tiles. He made several trips to our house with some big tile samples so that we could see them in situ. He is very friendly and professional but not pushy. Highly recommend.”

“Due to a miscalculation we were 4 strips of mosaic tiles short - tiler on the job! My local supplier on holiday. Googled the tile and found Atlas Ceramics - we are in West Yorkshire. Explained my predicament to Tom who was exceptionally helpful. He rang the suppliers and rang me straight back. Tiles ordered and should be delivered next day. Given this was such a small order Tom's helpfulness was above and beyond!”
