“Great to find a company who are easy to do business with. The showroom has a fantastic selection of quality tiles and our tiles were delivered promptly. Great customer service from Tom who went above and beyond in helping us when we were one tile short. Many thanks !”

“Hi, I'm Chris, We spent a whole load of time trying to find tiles and then we were recommended to Atlas. Darren was superb, very helpful and trusting, he let us take a sample home to try. We were back within the hour collected our order and home. We have been doing a bathroom refurb and dealing with alot of builders merchants and tile suppliers, Atlas rate 10/10 in by book. “Delay in receiving tiles. Had to ring up and chase them which they did and express delivery for two days later. In my opinion they could offer an express delivery at a small additional cost. We are a small company trying to keep our customers happy and hate it when things beyond our control cause unnecessary issues.”

Dear Wayne, Thank you for leaving a review. We do apologise for any delay this caused, further to this we do apologise that you were not notified that it would take 6 working days to arrive. Although our terms state it will arrive 3 - 7 days, we should have been more transparent in regards to its arrival. We do strive to provide fast delivery however this item had to be brought in from another warehouse hence the slightly longer delivery. A training session will be held with the E-Commerce team to prevent this happening. If you need anything else don't hesitate to let us know. Many thanks, Dan

“Dan always makes an excellent impression, he’s always on the end of the phone or email to help with orders, problems or added items required quickly last minute. Dan is forever going out of his way to make sure we get what we need when we need it thus keeping our jobs within the time allowed. Dan is also my go to contact for when I send customers into the shop, his knowledge is second to none.”

“The days I know I need to get in contact with Tom at Atlas Ceramics are the days I know I will have a great service. The efficiency and warmth I receive via email and telephone are second to none. Furthermore, the competence and organisation of Darren's accounts system is mind-blowing. I have never come across a company that is run so smoothly and efficiently and I become excited every time I get to deal with either Tom or Darren.”
