“Ordered a chair from Atlantis only to find it was out of stock. Was offered several alternatives, found one I liked, order went through smoothly, after they answered all my queries very pleased with my choice. Delivery was very quick. Chair was a bit tricky to assemble by yourself, would recommend having it assembled if you can.”

“Great company - I’ve ordered twice from them now. Each time communication has been spot-on. My particular orders weren’t always in stock, but I was emailed almost straight away with alternative products. The alternatives offered are always very similar to what was originally requested, on my most recent purchase I actually preferred the alternative to my original order, and it was slightly cheaper. I was refunded straight away with the difference. No hassle or fuss. There was a bit of a delay with the courier company, but Katy was on the case chasing them and keeping me updated. I love the customer service which is why I keep coming back.”

“An excellent service. There are hardly any places where you can actually try chairs before you purchase. I work as a typist for 7 hours a day and needed a comfortable and ergonomic chair. I am very happy with my purchase.”

“what a suberb company to deal with, ordered a office chair witch i thought woulb be good for my back problem, picked wrong chair, spoke to Katy who went out of her way to help me, organized to have chair collected, chose another chair witch was deliverd next day and it is perfect for me the Lumbar Suport is great best chair yet for my back. cant praise them enough, highly recomended regards Keith”

“I bought the Curva High Back Ergonomic Mesh Chair via the fully assembled and delivered service -- it was a very smooth experience. It also was delivered a little before the estimated date which was a bonus. The chair was in immaculate condition, the bloke who came was very courteous, friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Very cheerful. Also I'd like to note the people via email are wonderful too, I'm very happy all around, thanks for an easy and pleasant experience.”
