“Much poorer quality than appeared in photo”

“I loved this bag. How ever from day one the zipper kept sticking to open and close. I thought this would ease with use it hasn't. Then finally the leather tag on the zipper fell apart, literally as my friend was admiring my bag and stating she wanted to buy one. Needless to say she is not now. I hope the company are now going to replace faulty bag as it is a perfect size and great leather cross body bag. So disappointed!!!!”

“Dissapointed with ruff edges as it looks unfinished item ..( no inside zipped pocket .. no lining / as advertised , but still gives unfinished look..Easy excess for pickpocketers .”

“I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service team to return my purchase for three weeks but with no response. The bag was low quality for the price I paid for it. Please issue a refund.”

“I was sent the wrong order, not the end of the word as I had ordered with plenty of time for Mother’s Day. I contacted assots who said they would get my order sent that day. I returned the incorrect order as requested. I have still not had the postage for that refunded even though I have sent them a receipt of postage again as requested. I did not receive my correct order in time for Mother’s Day as they did not send it until I chased it up 6 days later. Although then told me it had already been sent. I have now received my return postage.”

“The bag arrived promptly and was just what I wanted. However after 2 weeks the zip fob on the main pocket fell off (?why in the sale) so was very disappointed. Have had to put a key fob on to be able to use.”

“I will actually be returning the bag as it's so.... narrow i could only fit my purse in it. Sadly it's of no use to me it's also very hard to get your hand in and out of it. Very poor design.”
