“Loved the phone bag. The quality of the leather and workmanship. Sadly l had to return as it wasn't quite big enough. The return was straight forward and refund was given promptly. Many thanks for excellent service.”

“Like my new cross over compact handbag.the ordering process was easy and keenly priced when buying direct from assots. I was a little confused by amazon contacting me to detail 'out of the blue' delivery, but as they could deliver through the letter box it wasn't let outside! I was expecting royal mail.. It took a good week to arrive on their standard free postage, I wasn't in a hurry other than looking forward to using it.”

“Assots dispatched my order quickly and dealt with queries regarding return of goods promptly. I did not like the fastening on the handbag. Free return label would be useful as I had to pay to return unwanted bag, otherwise service satisfactory.”
