“The customer service is second to none. There was a delivery issue ( item dispatched but never delivered by Royal Mail ) I informed customer services and they took control overseeing chasing the original order ,despatching a replacement on a speedy delivery and kept me informed of the situation via several emails. The crossbody phone bag is excellent quality and extremely stylish it’s exactly as shown. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company for products and customer care well done 👏”
