“Very good quality plant well packaged and quickly dispatched-the only issue was with the courier who completely ignored the delivery instructions and took it to completely the wrong address [Agency driver-DHL- apparently]and that took the best part of a day to sort out!”

“I'm a professional gardener and couldn't source a Euonymous alartus compacts locally. I was very wary of online plant buying. But am happy to say I will purchase again. Well packaged, environmentally friendly, plants in good condition, moist soil, arrived quickly.”

“Trying to purchase a voucher for the tea room was not easy. My brother and sister in law are regular visitors and following a recent illness, that they looked after me, I wished to give them a treat. I feel you are missing out on a popular way of saying thank you.”

“My first time using Ashwood. I wanted to buy a certain plant (which came in excellent health and condition; thank you), but I also wanted to browse for some others. Unfortunately because the range is so large, it can be hard to filter. There are good filters but I wanted to filter by "can be grown in a pot" but this wasn't possible. I tried other ways but just got too many results. Unfortunately this meant I gave up and only ordered one thing. In addition I put in my notes for the order could they send me a catalogue as I struggled to filter but I got no reply and no catalogue. Real shame as the plant I got was so good. But unless I knew exactly what I wanted I'd use elsewhere. Hopefully they can look into this as I'm sure I'm not the only person who wants to filter by growing in pots!”
