“the transaction was conducted over the internet. the website is very easy to use. the plants were well wrapped and protected for parcel delivery. the plants were in excellent condition and not pot bound and the planting medium was damp, not dry”

“The two shrubs which I ordered arrived with lightning speed. Their quality is exceptional - as always. The packaging is second to none, and, once the plants had been removed, it gave hours of pleasure to our cocker spaniel puppy.”

“Fast efficient delivery of product, which was in excellent condition on arrival. We weren’t in upon delivery so left a note for the delivery driver of where to leave the plant which they did and sensibly left it in the shade as it was a very hot day. Thank you”

“I ordered 3 plants from the pictures given and gave ashwood a go as its a little far away . I must say the packaging and delivery was excellent , as for the plants they were excellent too . Both my wife and i were extremely pleased with the health and look of the plants and from this we will certainly be ordering again and very definately going for a visit shortly . Thankyou to all the staff that made this purchase worthwhile .”

“I am very impressed with the mail order service. Ordering was done following as email advising the Salvia I was waiting for now available. Was quick and easy to order and plants came in superb condition and extremely well packaged in recyclable cardboard within 24 hours of my order. Couldn’t be more impressed. Well done.
