“The only slight criticism I have is that I didn't see anywhere on the website to enter 'who' had sent the gift....had to rely on my cousin realising who would have sent the gift voucher for tea and cake! Otherwise, great service.”

“The condition of the plants was very good. Ordering was simple. The only slight issue I had was that I had to wait several weeks for the plants which was a bit unexpected, and I did not receive any information about the delivery date until after emailing to check.”

“the plants arrived in good condition and in short time, the packing was perfect for saving the their quality. The quality of the plants in comparaison with the prices was a little less than fair especially in the case of C. africanum, whose quality was bad.”

“Order delivered promptly, but package had been tilted over so some compost in base of box, even though the plants were securely packaged. Four of the five plants I ordered were of the high standard I expect from Ashwoods, but one Hellebore was not up to the standard I expected.”

“I ordered cyclamen plants. They arrived in very good condition and very carefully packed. The only comment I would make is that deliver was expensive and I hesitated placing my order because of the cost.”

“First time purchase from Ashwood but will definitely buy again. Bought a 3 litre shrub (Ligustrum 'Lemon Lime and Clippers') in November 2018. Plant arrived within quoted timeframe. It was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. Shrub is a good shape and size and looks very healthy. Well established rooting system.”

“Efficient and quick service. However you caused me a lot of trouble on a quite different order not from me but attaching my email to someone else's order. and telling me that the parcel "was put behind my gate". The courier was DHL Parcel UK and I have wasted a lot of time and trouble trying to resolve the mistake and to discover what had happened.The consignment no. was 40831570015396. Mary Ede”

“Plants were received in very good condition and incredibly well packaged. I cannot fault the nursery at all, having used many mail order nurseries over the years, the quality of the plants and the packaging is far better than most I have used. My only criticism is with the delivery firm, who failed to turn up on the specified date, though claimed to have attempted a delivery late that night, and arrived a day later.”

“Very quick delivery, and the plants in excellent condition. Lovely. The site is bit difficult to use as you see a plant you like the look of, and then you do not know until you click on it that it is out of stock.”
