“I was very pleased when I phoned to place my mail order, the member of staff was polite and helpful. The order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The plants were sent a few days later, the plants were in excellent condition, watered and well wrapped. I would certainly used Ashwoods Nuseries again. I particularly liked the notelet about Lewisia sent with the order.”

“First time of using Ashwood Nurseries. Found their website really useful being a novice gardener. Liked how you could look at plants by flowering month. Ordered 24 different plants, they arrived within a few days, well packaged and cared for. Really pleased with the healthy plants. Definitely worth the five star rating and will be reordering very soon.”

“Very high quality plants, particularly my favourite salvias and such a huge range. The plants are a generous size and a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent, ringing me when one of my choices was unavailable and choosing a lovely replacement for me close in colour to my previous choice. I will certainly be buying again. Wonderful nursery!”

“A few months ago I asked you to let me know when your Lewisias were available and you did. Within days of ordering them they arrived in perfect condition. The colour combination was perfect for what I wanted. I am trying to grow them in a strawberry jar but are having mixed success. One has been in there for at least 5 years and two of those I bought from you before lockdown are still looking healthy and are flowering profusely. I would like to email you two photos of both the ones you have just sent me and where I want to put them in the hope you can give me some advice and make me more successful! I'll have to do this separately due to my lack of computer skills. Thank you very much for your excellent service.”

“Although I live in the South, I am originally from Wolverhampton and my family still live in and around the area. Consequently, I know Ashwood Nurseries very well and have been many times. Strangely, this was the only nursery where I could find what I wanted and was thrilled that they offered an online delivery service. I wasn't expecting such a fast delivery as it seemed that my shrub was out of stock. However, it arrived within a week and is perfect. Thank you”

“I recently ordered four plants. I am pleased with three of them but the fourth - a philadelpus - has spots on about a third of the leaves. I pointed this out and was advised that this was unlikely to be a problem longer term and that I could spray with a copper-based fungicide if I wished (at my expense). While the individual I spoke to was helpful, I don't think I should have been sent a diseased plant.”
