“I had been looking to purchase a Wildfire Clematis having been unable to source anywhere else. Ashwood Nurseries had one in stock and as they're not local to me, I purchased online. I ordered Sunday, Clematis was despatched within 48 hours and delivered following day. Very pleased with the Clematis quality, well packaged with great communication throughout. Faultless service, great quality plant, and I would recommend Ashwood Nurseries. Thank You.”

“We are very pleased with the service we received from Ashwood Nurseries. The auriculas we bought were healthy plants which were carefully packed to survive their journey to us. We were notified when they were despatched and they arrived safely in good condition.”

“Great you had this plant in stock as many nurseries don’t have it at present. However, the plant arrived broken with top 10” leader broken off as it had been bent over to fit the box. I was informed of delivery at 8:20 in the morning by the courier for a delivery between 14:33-16:33. That is too late forcing us to change plans. You did not inform me when the plant had been shipped and did not reply to my email query either.”

“Plant quality was good but we had no notice of the courier delivery date or time and it was left at the fron door on the pavement. Luckily the neighbour collected it and put it in a safe place for us.”

“This was my first purchase from Ashwood Nurseries and I was very impressed and satisfied by the level of customer service and the quality of the plants received. “I ordered a hellebore hybrid and hepatica Selma online from the website. I wasn’t sure when kept informed of the impending delivery by email which was a few days after ordering. I was delighted when the plants arrived. Such care in packing the plants. The hellebore was in flower and in beautiful condition. The hepatica was in bud and ready to flower.”
