“An excellent all round service. Plants arrived promptly and were well packed. Good sized 3 litre plants and very pleased with the quality. We have visited Ashwood in the past but due to moving this is no longer as easy. This is the first time we have used their mail order service and will cetainly use it again.”

“I’ve visited the nursery twice recently and have been on the combined garden and hellebore tour. It was a great experience and all staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to Kevin, John, Sarah, Nigel, Mike, Steve and Scarl for answering all of my questions and for the excellent service. I bought quite a few wonderful hellebores, galanthus, ferns and hepaticas. Will be definitely back again for more plants. The breakfast at the caffe was delicious and the coffee always hot. Could not fault anything, wish there were more nurseries like these in England.”

“I live in Australia and I wanted to send a camellia to my sister in the UK. I emailed to ask when was the best time to do so. I had a prompt reply. When I placed the order online, it was delivered soon after. I received notice of its delivery which I sent on. My sister was thrilled with the beautiful plant she received. It looks lovely in the photo. She wasn't sure about its care, so I told her how helpful Ashwood had been and to contact them.”

“I bought 4 hepatica plants. I've been trying for years to find them locally with no success at all. Ordered online once and it was later cancelled. I was told by Dunham Massey's head gardener that I could get them from Ashwood Nursery. I immediately ordered, and they were promptly delivered, very well packed and healthy looking. It is now my aim to keep them alive....”

“This was the second time that I’d ordered a plant from Ashwood Nurseries. Both (Osmanthus and Viburnum) have been excellent specimens. Delivery was very swift and the packaging had clearly been done by an expert! I’ve ordered from other nurseries in the past but Ashwood is top of the tree!”

“I had a very positive experience when buying a shrub from Ashwood Nurseries. There where only a few nurseries which stocked it and, after checking them all out, I settled for Ashwood and have not been disappointed. I was grateful for the information, given over the telephone about the shrub; very pleasant and informative. I will not hesitate to check the website and purchase from Ashwood in the future.”

“I required 2 green and 1 yellow helleborus. I was not disappointed. When my plantes arrived within the 3 days of ordering they were fantastic and strong plants. Why go elsewhere other than Ashwoods for your hellborus? I would not! Eliza”
