“Ashwood Nurseries are excellent but they did send my plants to the address where my my credit card is registered rather than to the one That was confirmed on my order. However, they rectified the problem immediately and the original order was collected and the new plants arrived within 24 hours.”

“the plants arrived in good condition and in short time, the packing was perfect for saving the their quality. The quality of the plants in comparaison with the prices was a little less than fair especially in the case of C. africanum, whose quality was bad.”

“Ordered a Helleborus x Hybridus last year which I had seen at Chelsea Flower Show. I was notified that as this was a fairly new plant none were left for last year. Received an e mail last week to say this plant was now available so I ordered on line on Thursday. Plant arrived Friday! Very well packed, in excellent condition with good concise planting, growing and after care instructions. I will certainly use them again.”

“Some months ago we registered interest in yellow hellebores and to my delight we were recently contacted to inform us these items were back in stock. Our order was placed the same day. Two days later a young man delivered our order. The hellebore was contained in a well sized, robust box and protected by bubble wrap and stacked to stop vertical moments. The hellebore was in full bloom with a number of buds. The plant was in excellent condition, leaves green. Overall a lovely specimen. We look forward to years of enjoyment. So impressed by this purchase we have registered interest in other plants. Would highly recommended this service and nursery. We wish we lived closer so we could visit and take the hellebore tours.”

“Truly Wonderful Plant & Fantstic Service Fantastic service ! SA few days ago I ordered a golden yellow Anemone Hellebore as a Golden Wedding gift to 'ourselves'. The quality and condition of the plant which arrived the next day was absolutely fantastic - the plant was in full flower and was exceptionally well packed in a tall box - the pot was wrapped in plastic and well secured so that it could not move about in the box and the height inside meant that there was no damage to the open flowers whatsoever. The lady I spoke to in the mail order department was very very helpful ... I cannot praise the Customner Service and plant quality highly enough... they are exceptional.”
