“Rose dispatched quickly but arrived in damaged box, squashed on one side and with a hole in it - obviously mis-handled by the courier company. When I expressed my concern the delivery man said "It'll be ok; they always are" and then proceeded to roughly open the box. I had to tell him to be more careful in case he damaged the plant. Fortunately, the rose seems to be ok. I suppose time will tell if it has been crushed in any way. Barbara Clarkson, #44, BB3 1BY”

“I was a little nervous having placed my order. These days I’ve become used to order & delivery updates arriving in my inbox daily. Turns out I didn’t need to worry, delivery was actually extremely quick - although it would have still have been nice to be warned. Now to the roses, I had bought the same roses from one the well known garden suppliers a couple of months back. The ones from Ashwood Nurseries were of outstanding quality, and I will certainly be returning to Ashwood for my next online garden purchase.”

“I ordered three shrubs from Ashwood actually mainly because they appeared good value. I was actually surprised when three good sized and healthy specimens arrived, pretty much the next day, and were packed with such care that I have to say that I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. It was refreshing not to be sent small disappointing undersized stock, weeks later, which some of the larger online sellers appear to ship on order from Holland to fulfil orders stocked only after they are received.”
