“The service I have received from Ashwood Nurseries has been first class. The plants arrived amazingly quickly, despite these unpredictable times, they were in tip top condition and had been packaged quite beautifully. They exceeded my expectations, I am delighted. I would like to thank Ashwood Nurseries for taking such good care of “my babies.” I also want mention that last year when I wanted to order some plants which had been out of stock, the service then was above anything I had experienced before. The plants came into stock and sold so quickly that I missed my chance. I rang to see whether they would be getting any more in stock. I was told they would be and I would be the first to know and they would ring me and take my order. I didn’t quite believe this, but yes, they did exactly what they said they would. They contacted me, as promised, I was advised the plants were back in stock and I placed my order. They remembered me! I could not believe it. Absolutely 5 stars to this wonderful company where as a customer, I mostly certainly feel valued.”

“I've had two orders to date, the second being much better than the first. This is partly because the dispatch date of the first order meant the plants were with the distributor over the weekend, and therefore a bit wilted when they arrived, but also because the shrubs (cornus alba 'Sibirica') were pot-bound. They have needed extra care, but are looking much better after a couple of weeks in the ground. We have had no problem with the plants in the second order, which were delivered promptly and in much better condition overall.”

“Recently ordered a number of plants via the online ordering. The whole process was quick and easy and the plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Would, and have, recommended Ashwood to friends and family. I am looking forward to being able to visit the centre again once opened, but in the meantime I will most definitely look at purchasing online again.”

“I have ordered 3 times recently from Ashwood Nurseries. Very happy to say, that even during this lockdown period their service has been exemplary, all items delivered within days and of excellent quality, very well packaged too. In fact so well packaged took quite some time to free the plants, but most importantly all had survived their journey and arrived safely. Prices on point too!! Well done Ashwood. We hope to visit in the not too distant future :)”

“I bought a specific rose bush in memory of my sister, it arrived in sturdy packaging which protected the plant very well. I am very pleased with the quality of my rose bush and look forward to it flowering. At first I thought the P & P was a bit steep but having seen received the plant I can see why. I would buy from here again.”
