My purchase of a necklace and earrings from the website was quite easy, but the description of the items could have been more detailed. The items I purchased was as described and arrived sooner than expected which was good, unfortunately the packaging had been damaged and the box to the earrings was scuffed a great deal but the earring's were ok which is the main thing. Overall experience Good.
